Self understanding and the desire for a sense of peace led me to counselling. I enjoy helping others to understand and have power over their experiences, so they might live better and more satisfying lives.
My team and I aim to encourage an environment, in which you feel safe to explore what you wish, without judgement. We strongly believe in a person's ability to gain a positive outcome.
We have experience with a number of individuals and groups in areas including mental health, anxiety, depression, crisis management, bereavement, bullying, alcohol issues, trauma, domestic violence and identity issues. We aim to help you find relief and a positive way forward.
You might have thought of speaking to someone about problems you have been having. You might even know you are suffering with a mental health issue. You might just need someone to listen.
